To say that we are pleased is quite an understatement.  First, let me say how delightful with the gentlemen who did the installation.  They were very pleasant, they were very respectful of being in our home, everything was immaculate when they were done.  We tried to stay out of their way, but they were really nice to deal with whenever we just had to take a peak!  They certainly seemed to make every little detail just perfect. 

 

We are definitely happy with the plans you created, and it was fun putting everything back with places for it all.  And I cannot begin to tell you much I LOVE the end closet, the new one.  Your plans were right on (no surprise there) because the Christmas tree and the bins fit under the shelves and hanging clothes around the perimeter, so I still have lots of space in there.  I can really find what I need now without dragging out half the contents!

We both want to say THANK YOU.  I also want to tell you what a GREAT employee you have.  He was extremely polite, courteous and did a magnificent job of installing the closet organizer.  When I worked at the Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, I was in charge of hiring/firing staff and I can tell you, employees like yours are hard to come by.  I also know that most of the time you only hear the bad and I wanted you to hear the GOOD.

Our experience with Closet Tamers was fantastic! We worked with them to redo our master walk-in. Our designer was great and willing to work with our ideas and give his professional input as well. The installer was there on time and I felt safe to leave him at home while I headed to work. Needless to say the end product was better than I expected and can't wait to have them come up and redo the rest of the closets in our house
